Dina arbetsuppgifter
As an HR Partner at Sartorius you will work both strategically and operationally, facilitating key HR processess like workforce planning, performance and talent management as well as organizational development. You will provide valuable consultation to support business leaders in all employee lifecycle related topics, e.g. recruitment, onboarding, labor law, union negotiations, policies, benefits and employer branding. You will also make sure that all necessary policies and guidlines are kept updated.
You will be an important player in the work to integrate and align corporate policies with Swedish law and processes and handle the administration fitting to the culture. You will also participate in global HR projects, such as the newly started digitalization of HR key processes. This work is done both at home and occationally at Sartorius sites, for example in Göttingen, Germany. Since the Data Analytics team is geographically spread world wide you will also serve as the contact point with HR collegues at other sites when needed.
Din profil
You have an academic degree within HR and at least three years of HR experience as Generalist/Specialist/Partner, preferably for an international company. You need to have good knowledge in Swedish labor law, good intercultural skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English, with willingness to travel. You should also share our core values; sustainability, openness and enjoyment.
As a person you have good analytical skills and the ability to work on basic processes as well as strategic inititiatives. You are a serviceminded person who likes changes and challenges. You are flexible, committed, independent and excessive. You take responsibility for your area and want to improve and make it more effective.
