Description
The overall focus is to actively support the operational and commercial outcomes of ustwo in line with the changing needs of the business as well as actively work with the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

The main responsibility is to proactively support ustwo's success through the organization and its employees by providing relevant HR initiatives and policies enabling an employee engaged culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and and ongoing development of a workforce.
In this position you will work closely with the local leadership team supporting the business in order to deliver in line with the operational business plan.

Requirements
As HR Partner you are expected to:
• Take responsibility for the full day-to-day operations of the Human Resource department and manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs in the studio in the most efficient manner. The responsibility covers all areas of "employee cycle" including (but not limited to) recruitment, employment contract and conditions, compensation & benefits - including payroll support, on-boarding, working environment, performance and development processes and off-boarding
• Serve as the primary contact for all HR related initiatives in the studio towards employees and managers
• Provide thought-leadership regarding organizational and people related strategy and execution in the studio. Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions
• Support local leadership team with organizational and people related challenges including facilitation of the processes, ensuring appropriate communication and impact assessment
• Monitor and ensure that fairness, consistency and legislation is applied to all HR processes
• Support in fostering a work environment that attracts, motivates and retains key performers in line with the changing needs of the business
• Support our work to develop our culture and workplace in line with our values
• Coach managers in a consultative manner through employee related questions
• Ensure the studio at all times is following labor laws and practices as well as the ustwo values

Skills and Competencies
• In-depth Labor Law knowledge as well as an overall knowledge of compensation & benefits
• Proven background as an effective practitioner with a solid track record of successfully driving and implementing HR initiatives
• Motivated by, and capable of, shifting between tactical and diplomatic views, from an operational perspective
• Strong business understanding and interest
• Knowledge of and the ability to choose relevant communication skills in order to advise, coach, mentor and/or help in evaluating different ideas
• Proven ability to influence, evaluate and manage conflicting priorities effectively in a fast paced environment with managers
• Ability of articulate own grounds, reasons and motives for decisions and take responsibility for own decisions regardless of their popularity or outcome
• Strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding expectations
• Ability to effectively manage own workload, in an environment, in which priorities can change rapidly
• Experience of working with company core values as well as acting in your daily work in line with those values
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Ability to build and actively utilize a network of contacts both within the organization, as well as externally
• It's considered beneficial with experience from Agile HR, Lean processes development in HR and administration
