www.bombardier.com.Publiceringsdatum2010-02-25Dina arbetsuppgifterThe role holder will be responsible for the effective day to day running of the HR and Payroll Administration team within the HR Business Services, based in Sweden.
Core Responsibilities:
Ensure that the team meets all of the SLA's
All data is processed according to best practice as established within the current business frameworks currently in practice
Overall team accountability including: development / behavior / performance
Ensure that the team focus is directed to customer and processes
Additionally the individual will often be expected to co-ordinate and execute the processing of large scale HR processes.
Within this role you will also be responsible for the day-to-day running of the HR Business Services office based in Västerås, including,ensuring and co-coordinating budget management, effective overall communications between UK and Sweden teams and office management duties.
In terms of the reporting lines, this role will have a dotted line into the Head of HR Business Services
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Specialized knowledge:
Strong HR management background, including payroll management experience and project management skills.
Previously held supervisory or management position and experience of customer service management.
Strong achievement orientation and drive for results.
Evidence of delivering quality, process and service improvements.
Worked in an international and matrix organization.
Budget management experience.
Swedish and English language and some knowledge of Danish and Norwegian would also be advantageous.
