hela Sverige Do you have previous work experience within HR related systems and would you like to be the link between people, sales and technology? We are looking for a HR Operation Specialist to our head office located in the heart of Gothenburg.
Your role in our team. As HR Operations Specialist, you work with the HR process and systems in our Store Development work making sure the HR perspective at all times is included in the cross functional team. Working as a link to connect people, sales and technology globally your continuously improve working methods to secure efficiency and quality. You are our system owner of identified systems within Workforce management and other people related systems. As HR Operation Specialist you develop our culture by supporting the employee experience.
We understand that you are curious to know more about the role! Here are some examples of work tasks: you administrate identified personnel and HR system, implement and train colleagues and act as an advisor within designated areas and involve partners within and outside the organisation.

Also, this probably sounds like you:
University degree or equivalent within HR or system development or similar working experience
Several years of work experience within HR, at least two years of them from HR- or other IT system
Experience from being a HR IS owner is qualifying
Experience from identifying needs and requirements for development of HR related systems
Basic knowledge about labour law
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
