We are looking for an
HR Operations Specialist/ Payroll Specialist (fixed-term, full-time)
to join our team in Varberg - flexible working conditions available
Riverty in Sweden is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist for a parental leave replacement. This role offers an opportunity to drive digitalization, develop payroll processes, and collaborate in an international organization!
Key Responsibilities
All elements linked to the payroll process - preparatory work, salary preparation, payment, follow-up checks and reporting
To keep up to date with current laws, regulations and agreements in the payroll area to ensure the quality of our procedures and processes
To provide internal and external stakeholders salary-related statistics and reporting
To support and train employees and managers in the payroll area and our HR systems
To maintain records and develop processes in the company's digital HR systems and act as the First Line support in these
Personnel administration such as employment contracts, benefits, pensions, register maintenance, reporting and statistics

Qualifications And Skills
Experience in payroll administration and handling personnel-related matters is essential for this role
Strong knowledge of collective agreements and general labor law is required
As a person you are meticulous, self-motivated, and proactive in your work
The role involves significant responsibility for developing processes and routines
Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is necessary. English is the corporate language and used daily in meetings and communication with Finnish, Norwegian, German and Danish colleagues.
Advanced skills in Excel are expected, including the ability to create templates, manage data sets, and perform calculations and reports
