• Be the HR Backbone: Flex those HR muscles by owning a variety of operational tasks across our diverse HR universe of systems, processes and admin.
• VONQ Whisperer: You'll be the go-to guru for our VONQies, tackling their day-to-day questions and concerns with champion flair.
• Onboarding Ninja: Be the guide that kicks off every new VONQie's journey with a bang!
• People's Champion: Support our recruiting groove, weave performance and development magic, and make those VONQ events sparkle!
• Global Payroll Pro: Take the world by storm with your payroll prowess, making sure our people get what they deserve.
• Integrity Guardian: Handle all matters with integrity, confidentiality and compliance with the finesse of a ninja warrior.
• Data Dynamo: Dive into the world of data quality, making sure our reporting and decision-making are as sharp as our style.
• Tech Enthusiast: Help us integrate new HR systems and optimize software to run our people operations like clockwork.
• Office Culture Creator: Pour your creativity into making our work environment as awesome as we are! You are a champ in picking up some office management tasks in our Rotterdam HQ.
Qualifications
You're the Rockstar We're Looking For If You...
Are an HR hotshot with 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Services or similar roles.
Hold a degree that shows you're not just here to play - you've got the skills!
Speak fluent Dutch and English - a point that is non-negotiable for us!
Are an international superstar - global admin and communication? You've got it covered.
Are all about employee service and speed - you're like the Flash but for making people smile.
Have a secret weapon: attention to detail - the small things are your domain.
Juggle a variety of tasks like a circus performer - you thrive in our fast-paced, tech-fueled arena.
Embody an entrepreneurial spirit - at VONQ, we're all about owning it and making things happen.
Able to work in an independent role, but eager to learn from your direct colleagues in the field of HR business partnering and get the necessary support from them whenever you need!
