Our mission is to attract, recruit, develop, engage and retain skilled carpenters in order to provide quality carpentry services to our growing customer base.
We require a strategic HR/Office manager to not only help grow and manage our people but also to form part of a management team that aims to grow and develop the business towards becoming employer of choice in our industry. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from home.
Main responsabilities and tasks
• Recruitment of carpenters
• Onboarding of new recruits
• Manage employment contracts and pay reviews
• Develop and implement strategies for employee development and improve job satisfaction
• Support employees and manage disputes
• Ensure alignment and provide advice regarding union and legal labour regulations.
• Ad-hoc administrative, finance & marketing tasks
What we are looking for
• Previous experience in HR or relevant HR degree.
• Structured, driven, proactive and social.
• Preferable experience in construction industry
• English and Swedish speaking
• Microsoft office
