hela Sverige Schneider Electric is looking for a HR & Safety Manager to the Plant & Distribution Center in Västerhaninge. As HR & Safety Manager in Västerhaninge you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, passionate and diverse team. We have more than 80 years within HVAC and Building automation, we manufacture and deliver worldwide.
The HR & Safety Manager is part of the management team, reporting to the Plant & Distribution Center Manager and will strongly collaborate with the HR & Safety central team in Stockholm and France.
The position is key in the organization, you are the business partner to the Plant & Distribution Center Manager; You will manage the HR function within the site and work with managers and people in all the aspects of HR. In constant partnership with Plant & Distribution Center Manager, you will propose efficient HR solutions (cost / time) that are suited to the business challenges and guarantees the application of Group HR policies. In the area of safety the position manage the animation of the safety procedures in the site and ensure their application. The responsibility includes both to improve excising, as well as implement new safety programs, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
As a person you are rigorous, structured and people oriented. You should be a committed leader enjoying collaboration and have the ability to see the bigger picture as well as understand complexity. You will be a strong actor in the change management.
Your skills and experience
• Master degree in HR, Finance or Engineering or similar through experience
• 3-5 years of practical experience in HR and Safety
• Swedish Labour Law
• Working Environment
• Organizational design
• HR Metrics
• Development and Career planning
• Change management and implementation methodology
• Good knowledge of Swedish and good communication skills
• Experience from the manufacturing industry is not required but seen as an advantage.
