hela Sverige PA Consulting Group is looking for an HR & Recruitment Manager for our Stockholm office, located centrally at Norrmalmstorg 14. As a member of PA's global HR function, the job holder will act as an HR Manager to establish local HR procedures and systems in line with PA policies, best practice and local compliance; and source & manage recruitment activity in the region.
Areas of focus
• Excellent Business Partner to Partners and employees
• Advising and supporting line management on full spectrum of employee relations' issues including retention and development, performance management and all other employment related matters, policies, procedures and terms and conditions of employment
• HR-administration including PeopleSoft, benefits and recruitment administration
• Responsibility for a recruitment headcount target & pipeline - consulting and administration roles
• Recruitment campaign management
• Ad-hoc Project work when required
• Participate in management meetings
Education & Work Experience
• The right candidate has a relevant university degree and at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience from working in an international environment with similar tasks is a clear advantage
Skills
• Minimum of 3 years HR/recruitment experience, preferably within a professional services firm
• A self-starter who is achievement and action results orientated
• Excellent relationship-builder with the ability to be credible at all levels of seniority
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• IT literate
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication /interpersonal skills
• Confident and assertive
• Pragmatic, business focussed and solution orientated
• Up-to-date Swedish employment law knowledge
• Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise workload and manage ambiguity
• Fluent in Swedish and good command of English, both oral and written
As you will be working in a dynamic environment, you are a flexible team player and a good relationship builder. You have a strong drive, enjoy working in a busy environment and have the ability to meet tight deadlines. You are trustworthy, have very good communication skills and good judgment.
You will be reporting to the Regional Head of HR in London.
