Are you eager to ensure efficient salary administration? Do you also want to ensure excellent administrative processes for the HR department in the 4 Nordic countries?This is a full time permanent position based in Stockholm, you will work in a team consisting of two HR Business Partners /Generalists who are based in Stockholm, and report to Greenpeace Nordic's HR Director, who is based in Copenhagen.

You will be responsible for coordinating the outsourced payroll in our four countries of operation, and have mail responsibility for the HR administration. This involves, but is not limited to:
Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests.
Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Payroll execution in cooperation with external providers
Optimization of payroll processes and routines
Coordinating the HR ticket system
Liaise with Finance and HR department (e.g., people cost management...)
Liaise with managers and employees in payroll and admin matters.
Absence management, including internal and external reporting
On-boarding of employees: offer letters and employment contracts until fully transitioned
Update & maintain employee files including personal data, salary...
Act as a liaison with the social insurance authority
Providing administrative support regarding pay, holiday, maternity leave etc to managers and employees.
Manager and employees training and induction in relevant areas such as time report and salary calculation.
Insurance and pension reporting.

Develop and ensure internal processes in connection with payroll.
Data analysis, eg. monthly reporting on turnover, genders statistics, sick leave etc.
Update and create content to the intranet HR pages, templates, handbooks and manuals.
Main responsible for ticket handling and coordination in HR team.

To succeed in this role you have a strong passion for administration and you are driven by organizing and creating structure. You have the ability to see your contribution within the business and how efficient processes and flawless administration add value for the employees. You are motivated by giving excellent service and at the same time comfortable in prioritizing and keeping deadlines. As a team player you inspire to a good work environment for the team and all the colleagues within the organisation.

Background
Relevant work experience within HR & payroll administration.
Is an excellent user of systems in general, especially Excel.
Thrives within a fast paced and dynamic working environment
Delivers with quality and attention to detail
Experience from labor law and understanding of collective agreements
Fluency in written and spoken English, Nordic languages are a plus
Previous experience from working in a non-profit organization is a plus, but not a requirement. You do not need to be an environmental activist, but should share our values and support our cause.
