Festina Sweden is part of the global Festina Group and the office in Malmö focus on product development for connected watches for brands within the group such as Kronaby, Festina, Jaguar and Lotus. We specialize in purposefully designed smart and connected products, where the latest technology is used to make your life easier, a little less distracted.
We are currently entering a phase of expansion and are looking for a person who can help us grow in the best possible way.
Who are you?
• You are a structured, service minded person that like to make sure that everyone feels at their best at work.
• You are a pragmatic person that does what it takes to get things done.
• You are solution oriented and likes to be involved in many different areas.
• You are a self-starter that can work independently but also like being part of a team.
• You have some HR related experience.
What will you do?
• Develop the recruitment and onboarding process and participate in recruitments.
• HR-administration such as onboarding of new staff, contact with external payroll partner and time reporting.
• Internal support to employees on HR related questions and support individuals to grow as engineers and team members.
• Plan and coordinate competence training and team building activities.
• Be responsible for the office and working environment.
