HR Manager, Danderyd, Sweden
As the HR Manager for the Danderyd site in Sweden you will be responsible for both strategic and operational plans and day-to-day HR activities. Payroll, Reception and Facility responsibilities are included in the role. You will have two direct reports, one payroll administrator and one HR Generalist and will report to HR Director for Nordic region. You will also be a part of the Senior Management Team in Danderyd.
Key interfaces
• Senior Management Team ? coordinating site activities and supporting business goals and objectives
• HR Team Nordics ? participate in developing and aligning HR plans for the region
• Business HR ? support the business functions across Trimble
Trimble is a complex matrix organization, which requires skills for communication and connecting with people and functions across the organization.
Job description:
• Take lead for the strategic and operational HR in Danderyd; including employee relations, staffing, training and organization development, performance management, employment equity programs, and managing reward systems. Supports in the areas of compensation and benefits and develop, implement, and monitor effective HR systems.
• Provide responsive support and advisory service to all employees and managers locally and from worldwide offices as necessary
• Act as a proactive Business Partner. Evaluates decisions and results regarding established goals and recommends approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business efficiency
• Establish good relations with the unions and managing labour relations and negotiations with a systematic approach
• Developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures
• Developing and Managing the Employer Branding strategy and activities
Skills and Experience Required:
• Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resources
• 3 to 5 years experience from HR Management roles
• Experience from working in an international environment and in a matrix organization
• Experience from union relations and negotiations
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Drive and positive energy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Swedish
