www.greenworkstools.eu.We are looking for a HR Manager to help us structure and improve our HR function as we are heading towards the future.
Your role
The role is new and based in Jönköping. You will be responsible for Europe 's HR function and will be reporting to the European manager. You are expected to travel approximately 10-20 days to visit and support our locations in Germany and France. Your main focus is to build and develop a qualitative HR function with the following areas of responsibility;
• Provide strategic and operational HR Business support to company management
• Implement and improve HR Policies, Processes, and Guidelines
• Ensure compliance with local laws and employee rights, participate in negotiations
• Improve Employee Lifecycle processes
• Employer Branding & Recruitment 's
• Compensation & benefits
• Manage payroll in collaboration with external partners
• On/offboarding
• HR-related budget work
Your profile
To succeed in this position, you have a relevant university degree and a minimum of 5 years of international HR experience. You have a passion for working with people from cultures worldwide and have excellent communication and presentation skills. Most likely, you have a process and business-oriented mindset with the ability to meet business needs, requirements, and goals. You have a deep understanding of Swedish labor law, and it would be good if you also have experience from German and French labor law. You get things done and are comfortable handling complex issues to improve systems and processes. It comes naturally to you to analyze work and draw relevant conclusions of importance, and we find it advantageous if you have previous experience from HR digitalization. To communicate in our company, you must be fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken.
