For our developing site in Sweden, TTC - Trollhättan Technical Center, we are looking for a driven and experienced HR Manager.

HR Manager

About the role

As an HR Manager at E-AAM you will have a team of 2 coworkers. Your main responsibilities are;

* Provide effective day to day leadership of the HR Department
* To supervise the work of the HR team ensuring company policy and processes are followed at all times
* Collating and analyzing information, compiling reports for board, management
* Initiate and conduct Change Management activities
* Implement HR strategy across the organization/plant
* Plan and develop the HR function within the organization
* To prepare for and attend Board Meetings as and when requested
* Manages the day-to-day activities and strategic support of employee relations programs for a location.
* Managing employments, placements, orientation and training, labor relations, compensation, benefits, and employee services in the location.
* Managing teams and assisting the HR BU Head to oversee organizational HR strategies, processes, and practices.
* Maintaining good communication and a positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction and ensuring a positive working environment.
* Providing advice, counseling and guidance to all levels of management and staff on company policies and procedures.

Skills

We are looking for someone who has extensive background in dealing with a broad range of HR activities. You will be experience of working with and delivering against a business people plan. This role requires you to have strong commercial awareness and understanding of organizational design and change management processes.

Personal skills that is required for this role is; Professionalism, integrity, Consultative, influencing and coaching skills.

You also need to be a very skilled communicator with excellent attention to detail and have an ability to organize and prioritize in a busy environment. Furthermore you will need to have good general Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and a suitable University degree within HR or similar. You will have excellent skills in English both verbally and in writing. You will report to the HR director.
