We want to build a team of champions. That's why Wavin is currently looking for a Human Resources / People Manager Sweden & Finland (f/m/d) to join our team at Eskilstuna (Sweden). If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

In this challenging position you will help to secure all HR processes and legal compliance within employment legislation, collective agreement and talent acquisition.

People Manager, as a local person responsible for the Wavin organization in Sweden, is a member of the Local Management Committees in Sweden and Steering Committees.

The role:
HR support and expertise on priorities like adequate staffing, creating and maintaining high quality and proud workforce, employee retention, close monitoring of performance management, promoting and realizing equality and diversity in the workforce and absenteeism management
Ensuring Payroll processes and payouts in both countries
Ensuring safe and healthy working conditions in the People team
Implement current or new HR processes and policies in the Wavin organization for Sweden and Finland
Liaising with work councils and unions and secure compliance to HR procedures policies and Danish Legislation
HR Business Partnering for the Leadership Team in both countries
Setting up the local HR strategy
Driving global HR implications from the Group
Collaborating closely with colleagues within the Nordics


The profile:
BS/MS degree in human resources or a related field
A minimum of 5 years experience from a similar position in an international matrix organization
Collaboration skills: ability to influence and work with colleagues without hierarchical link
Multitasking skills: ability to coordinate multiple people and projects simultaneously
Positive and proactive attitude
High professional and personal integrity
Outstanding communicator, with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
Fluency in English (verbal and written)
Project management skills
Experience in leading a small team would be beneficial
