Tasks:
• Responsibility to steer all HR processes and topics Definition and implementing HR standards, processes and guidelines (e.g. handbooks, leadership guidelines etc.)
• Handling (preparation and the actual doing) of the monthly payroll and all topics connected according to Swedish payroll tax and social security restrictions
• Check and adapt employment contracts and define new standards
• Implement job descriptions and keep the up-to-date
• Define and implement a Management System in combination with target agreements
• Implementation of the standardized Employee Assessment
• Handling all recruitment processes and adequate filling of jobs (incl. market research, screening of competitors, etc.)
• Installation of a HR network with HR service providers
• Guidance / consulting of the Country Manager in all strategic and operative HR topics
• Sparring partner and consultant for senior management and branch managers in all HR and leadership questions
• Defining adequate HR development tools and trainings
• Work closely together with HR in headquarter in Germany
Responsibility:
• Compliance with all Swedish and group guidelines
• Compliance with HR processes
• Service level responsibility HR
• Consulting responsibility
Competencies:
• Decisions within HR - level to be defined with Country Manager
• Decisions regarding HR in combination with Country Manager and / or Director HR Int'l
ProfilRequirements:
• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject and 5-7 years of work experience in a similar position
• Experience of HR processes, operational and strategic, related to Talent and Performance Management
• Experience of HR work in a global organisation is a merit
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity
• License in the personality profile Wave, OPQ or similar is a merit
• Ability to train, inform and guide others
• Analytical and strategic skills to drive HR development
