Mission
As part of its development in Scandinavia Newrest is recruiting its future Human Resources Manager for Sweden, based in Stockholm.

You must be fluent in Swedish and English.
Reporting to the General Secretary of Scandinavia, you are responsible for all major HR topics, like - labor law, compliance, social relations, recruitment, union relations & other relevant tasks.

You will cover a scope of around 200 employees based in Stockholm & Gothenburg.

MISSIONS:
• Supervises HR team in Sweden.
• Handle negotiations and work with the unions
• Handle relationships with relevant authorities in Sweden
• Handle all Employee Relations
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment
• Identify training needs for all levels of employees, ensure training is performed and recorded
• Look after all employment agreements as per company practices and country-legislation
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage union relations and negotiations based on three collective agreements - Unionen, HRF and Transport.
• Ensure compliance with all Newrest corporate guidelines.
• Responsible over outsourced payroll. Two direct reporting, one in Payroll one in HR

Profile:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a human resources role covering all areas of the function.
• Postgraduate qualification in HR or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Strong experience in the Employee Relations / Industrial Relations field
• Strong experience of working with operational HR.
• Knowledge about the full HR cycle
• Experience from working with leadership and organizational development.
• Knowledge of employment practices, compliance, collective agreements

The work is often operational. This means that you need to be on site 5 days/week.

• Follow all applicable policies and procedures required for the successful execution of the job.
• Follow the QHSE Policy and meet the requirements of the organizations' Management system in compliance with Food Safety & Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Management System.
• Ensure that all HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Hygiene Practices, Health and Safety Procedures and Policies are followed in the department and run smoothly and consistently.
• Ensure to submit all necessary quality related reports and respond or give an input to all quality related inquiries on timely basis.
• Ensure to take all corrections and corrective actions necessary to correct occurred non-conformities within area of responsibilities and fill necessary documentation regarding this.

CONTRACT: Permanent contract (6 months probation)

LOCATION: Based at the Unit in Arlanda
