The HR Service Centre in Sweden delivers Core HR services, aligned with global and local processes, to
all managers and employees in Tetra Pak companies in Sweden.

As HR Manager Reward & Labour Law (R&LL), you are a member of HR SC management team and collaborate closely with other line managers in the Swedish HR SC as well as with HR Business Partners and other R&LL leaders across Tetra Pak.

You will be responsible for leading a motivated team composed of 8 specialists within the area of Compensation & Benefit, Labour Law, Rehabilitation, Union relations, Mobility administration and Employee relations.

Your focus as HR Manager Reward & Labour Law will be to drive efficiency and maintained quality of current R&LL services and continuously develop the organisation to secure satisfied clients, an engaged team, and successful rollout of projects in pipeline.

This position is based in Lund, Sweden.

Main responsibilities
• Securing a successful delivery of HR services to clients
• Local process driver for the Reward and labour law processes with strong collaboration with global Centre of Expertise
• Develop activities and work routines to ensure high efficiency and service delivery according to Service Level Agreements and KPI's within the processes Reward and labour law
• Drive and encourage continuous improvements in Reward and labour law services
• Budget and result responsibility for Reward and labour law
• Management of specialists dedicated to the Reward and labour law team
• Drive and/or participate in project work

Qualifications

The successful candidate has proven leader experience, financial understanding and is result driven. We believe
a broad knowledge of market best practices and
business network as well as strategic ability is needed
to be successful in the role. Proficiency in project management, service and consulting skills will be highly valued. Maintaining a high level of integrity must come naturally.

You have a University degree within Personnel Administration or similar and experience from working within areas such as Compensation & Benefit, Pensions & Insurance and Union relations.

Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
