Munters is currently on an exciting journey of change as we adapt to the growth we are facing. Here, you enter a dynamic environment with a forward-thinking and driven atmosphere. We are now looking for an HR Manager Nordics who will play a crucial role in our HR work moving forward.

Your role as HR Manager Nordics

As an HR Manager Nordics, you will be part of People Services and have responsibility for Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden. These areas encompass approximately 550 employees, including a production facility in Tobo. In your team, there are 2 HR Managers and 1 HR/Payroll Coordinator, all based in Sweden. You report to, and closely collaborate with, the HR Director EMEA and are part of two management groups. In your role, you also collaborate with global colleagues and implement global initiatives within your area of responsibility. This is a comprehensive role where you will be involved at both the strategic and operational levels. You will be based at our office in Kista, where we naturally practice hybrid work.

Key duties and responsibilities

Coach and lead your HR team.
Provide strategic and operational support in labor law and personnel-related matters to the managers and management groups you are part of.
Initiate and drive HR training to ensure compliance with the organization's HR requirements.
Manage labor relations and ensure that the company is updated on legal changes, agreements, and regulations within the HR field.
Work on global HR projects.

Who are we looking for?

For the role of HR Manager Nordics, we are seeking someone who thrives in a changing work environment and can adapt to various challenges. You possess a combination of independence and inner drive while being collaborative. In this role, you will interact with various stakeholders, including your team, the overall HR function, and other units.

Communication is crucial for this role. You will participate in different forums and engage with various stakeholders. Therefore, proficiency in English and Swedish, and strong communication skills are required. To excel in this role, we believe you are a social person who enjoys visibility and is not hesitant to conduct significant presentations and training sessions.

Furthermore, it is of utmost importance that you are confident in your leadership role, have solid HR expertise, and experience being part of management groups in manufacturing environments, production, or similar settings.

More specifically, we are looking for someone who has:

Several years of experience in HR positions, including substantial experience in the role of HR Business Partner
Strong understanding and extensive experience in HR operations.
Experience in a leadership role within HR.
Understanding of payroll and HR administration processes, as well as basic labor law principles.
Experience in a manufacturing environment or similar, where you have had significant collaboration with labor unions.
Experience working in a multicultural environment, either within international or Nordic companies with a matrix structure.
Proficiency in systems is important. If you have worked with Workday, we consider it highly advantageous.
