hela Sverige KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with business department to identify HR service needs based on workforce planning, business needs and employee needs
Ensure all policy and procedures are in accordance with company HR policies and procedures, labor laws and local regulations
Work with other regional HR function team to engage in and execute different HR relevant projects
Support collaboration in global working structures of business
Manage payroll and budget
Prepare, coordinate and execute all interaction with local works counsel
Manage external legal HR counselling based on individual needs
The HR Manager reports to the CHRO.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experienced Senior HR professional with some managerial exposure in an international environment
University degree highly desirable
Strong knowledge of local employment laws and government regulations
Process- and detail-oriented professional leader with strong business and analytical skills
Strong willingness to contribute, and has listening and analytical skills, able to advise and influence at all levels of organization.
Excellent communication skills - English, verbal and written
Scandinavian language skills - major advantage
