A REGULAR DAY AT WORK / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES You will work closely together with the Regional HR Business Partner and participate, develop and implement a variety of HR activities. You will work with other HR colleagues in the execution of policies, program, processes and projects and support in the overall HR Service delivery to the organization. Your main focus areas will be to: Coordinate industrial relations for the Nordic Region - this includes aligning the HR Business Partners of Electrolux Professional entities in Sweden; the role also includes managing union relations from a country perspective.Structure and maintain efficient HR procedures for Nordic region, like local employer branding activities, onboarding and introductions, yearly salary reviews and mapping.Sustain and further develop communication and activities regarding a positive and healthy work environment.Track legislative developments and make sure Electrolux Professional is compliant when it comes to HR policies and documents with changes in the law including collective agreements. Keep the counties HR policies, guidelines and Employee/ Manager handbook up to date.Ensure that personell administration for the countries run in an effective manner.Provide and review monthly payroll input to vendor.Align policies and identifying opportunities for improvement regarding for example company cars, pensions, and benefits. You will also be identifying opportunities for coordinated purchasing of HR services, for example, temporary staffing agencies, law firms, and consultancies YOU The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the companyA true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement Experience with rapid and complex changing work environmentPassion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement; Demonstrated experience driving processes improvements and specific skills in Kaizen methodologies preferredStrong project management skills; ability to lead projects at a network level to influence and obtain buy-in, and then drive execution and achievement of the right resultsSuccess in creating and driving effective employee relations, retention and reward programsThe ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"A strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutionsStrong internal and external customer service focus The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on resultsExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Degree in HR, Law Business, Engineering or Social studies.Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in manage HR processes and activities.Strong knowledge of Swedish employment law and regulations.Good track record from negotiations with unions.Excellent communication skills and coaching approach.
