hela Sverige AS A HR MANAGER YOU WILL HAVE VERIOUS DAYS WITH DIFFERENT CHALLENGES;
• Ensure excellence in HR processes and procedures including the Staffing and recruitment, Performance Management, Succession & Development Planning, Merit Planning, Training & Development, the Bonus Process as well as compliance with the laws.
• Build and manage high performing HR team.
• Coach and mentor managers to create an environment where employees can perform best and reach their potential.
• Through participation in strategic planning initiatives, influence the organization and especially the management to align people and business objectives, initiatives and innovations; assist the businesses in setting their strategies to be successful.
• Drive employee satisfaction and create a proactive positive employee/labor relation environment which ensures legal compliance within HR area.
• Identify and address organizational issues.
• Ensure all necessary employees administrative actions are completed on time and with quality.
• Continuously look at process improvement within the function.
• Build and develop relationship with external partners.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this position you will have several years' of experience in a HR leadership role. It is an advantage if you have a background in an industrial environment and also if you have international experience. You have a HR degree at minimum bachelor level and have good IT (MS Office) skills; PeopleSoft HR would be an advantage. It is mandatory to be fluent in Swedish and English both written and spoken. Any other European language skills would be an asset. You are experienced in all HR related actions - labor law, negotiations, recruitment, induction and exit, compensation and benefits, people development, computerized administration etc. We also want that you are experienced in Change management processes and implementation.

Meritor Inc. is a leading global automotive supplier of drivetrains for commercial vehicle and industrial markets. Meritor currently has approximately 8 700 employees worldwide with headquarters in the United States (Troy, Michigan). Meritor has 30 production units and the plant in Lindesberg is the largest unit for both sales and number of employees. The site in Lindesberg produces front- and rear axles to trucks and buses. With 4,5 BSEK as annual turnover and approx. 1 000 employees we are one of the biggest employer in the region.
Our current HR Manager will assume new challenges and we are now looking for her replacement.
In this role you will support the organization to drive and build organizational capability and effectiveness to achieve strategic business objectives. You will lead a team of 7 persons which are working with all HR related areas and HSE. As an HR Manager you report to HR Director Europe and you will be a member of the management team in Lindesberg.
