What you'll do
You will support the organisation together with one more colleague in all HR related matters, with a strong focus on setting the strategic agenda for the future of HR within Volvo Cars. This is an HR role with a strong business focus, as you are expected to support in all areas, with your specific personality and business acumen you'll becoming a true partner in all aspects.
We believe that we can make a true difference for the business by challenging and supporting the managers to bring out the best in all people. We also believe that by being a true partner guiding, challenging and offering them our trusted advice we create a very stimulating and fun environment to work within.
Do you fit the profile?
You are a true professional with a strong sense of urgency, delivery and high integrity. People related matters in an organisation is your biggest passion and you are determined about making a true difference, further you have a solid focus on strengths and opportunities.
You enjoy challenging other managers in the organisation, regardless of level, in their way of thinking. To be successful in this role we believe that you have a university degree within human resource, business administration or similar.
Further, we see that you have experience from working in a management team, preferable on a high-paced change journey. You are used to supporting managers hands-on where the change needs to happen and you are comfortable coaching them one to one.
This role requires flexible skills, the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels and locations. You like to work independently as well as working in a team, together with your fellow colleagues.
