hela Sverige As a part of the DFDS Group?s continued growth and development, we are looking to appoint a HR Manager for DFDS Group in Sweden for DFDS Seaways AB, DFDS Logistics AB and Älvsborg RoRo AB.
You will be a part of the local management team(s) in Gothenburg. You will be placed at our Älvsborg Terminal.
You will report to the HR Director, Nordic Region, Baltics & Italy, who is based at our Headquarters in Copenhagen.
Your tasks will be:
• Handling and planning the whole spectrum of HR operational tasks
• Negotiating with unions
• Ensuring compliance with policies and contracts
• Full management responsibility and leadership for Human Resources services and activities including recruitment, staff development, training programmes, administration, leave policies, benefits administration, performance appraisal systems
• Advisory role for managers in e.g. personnel legal questions
• Manager of local HR Resources
• Managing the Human Resources budget, directing the forecast of additional funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies; directing the monitoring of and approve
• Facilitating workshops in connection with our climate survey
• Implementing Group HR processes, strategy and concepts
• Overall responsible for ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 incl. audits, environmental KPIs etc
What are we looking for?
• You have documented experience in cooperating and negotiating with Swedish unions
• You are an expert in Swedish Employment Law
• You take initiative, are not afraid to get your ?hands dirty?, are structured and a team player
• You have personal impact - also towards senior management
• You can independently drive our global HR processes coming from Group HR
• You have successfully managed your career within HR and demonstrated business understanding
• You are efficient and run your tasks from cradle to grave
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience with similar HR tasks
• You are fluent in English verbally as well as written
• You have excellent interpersonal competences, especially empathy
• You have experience from an international environment, preferably from production, transportation or shipping industry
