hela Sverige As our current HR Manager soon will be on maternity leave we are looking to find a substitute, who can drive and lead HR in her absence. This will be a temporary position for 14 months, but with the possibility for an interesting position in the Group onwards. You will be a part of the local management team(s) in Gothenburg and be responsible for a team of five employees including HR and Payroll. You will report to the VP Group HR who is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen.
In this position, you will support both our shipping and logistic business in Gothenburg and Karlshamn and you will spend a lot of your time on the Terminal.
Your tasks will be:
Full management responsibility and leadership for Human Resources services and activities including recruitment, staff development, training programmes, administration, leave policies, benefits administration, performance appraisal systems.
Negotiating with unions.
Ensuring compliance with policies and contracts.
Advisory role for managers in e.g. personnel legal questions.
Managing the Human Resources budget, directing the forecast of additional funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies; directing the monitoring of and approve.
Implementing Group HR processes, strategy and concepts.
What are we looking for?
You have documented experience in cooperating and negotiating with Swedish unions and are an expert in Swedish Employment Law.
You take initiative, are not afraid to get your "hands dirty", are structured and a team player.
You have personal impact - also towards senior management.
You have successfully managed your career within HR and demonstrated business understanding.
You are efficient and run your tasks from cradle to grave.
Minimum 6 years of proven experience with similar HR tasks.
You are fluent in English verbally as well as written.
You have excellent interpersonal competences, especially empathy.
You have experience from an international environment, preferably from production, transportation or shipping industry.
Experience within compensation and benefits is an advantage.
