Job brief
As we continue to grow we are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a passion for people. This role as HR Manager is a new position in the team and you will be responsible for our recruiting process as well as our contact for all HR related questions.
Location for this position is Stockholm.
Responsibilities
Be a service minded first point of contact for all HR questions, including compensation, benefits, pensions, insurances, sick leave
End to end recruitment processes for a variety of profiles
Identify and implement creative strategies to attract the right candidates, the whole world is your candidate database
Provide advice to recruiting managers and support them through the selection process
Coach, support, and challenge our managers and team members to create a highly engaged and talented workforce
Create, communicate, and apply HR manuals, policies and praxis
Reporting and budget follow up for recruitment and staffing
Plan and participate in Employer Branding events
Build a positive and productive company culture
Deliver HR support in line with local employment legislation and ensure administrative compliance with local regulations and authorities
Your profile
Proven working experience in a similar role within recruitment
Experience from recruiting tech profiles
Academic degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Excellent communication skills in Swedish as well as English
Passionate about providing excellent internal customer service
As a person you are flexible, trustworthy and have high social skills. You act with integrity and have a profound ability to communicate and build strong relationships. To succeed in the role, you have a natural instinct to develop and improve.
You are comfortable and familiar with working in an international, rapidly changing, high growth environment
