Kalmar Mobile Equipment, is looking for a HR Manager

For Kalmar in Ljungby we are now looking for a HR Manager, who will have the overall responsibility for Human Resources and for providing HR Support to all units on site.

Key accountabilities
Overall responsibility for the HR function and support the local management in HR related issues at the Ljungby site
Develop and implement the local HR strategy and enable the development of an inspiring and creative company culture of the Business, Innovation and Technology Centre.
Participate in FLT (Fork Lift Trucks) and CCH (Counterbalanced Container Handlers) Business Line management meetings
Provide counselling and assistance to Management Teams in accordance with the companys policies and procedures as well as relevant legislations and requirements.
Develop and provide efficient HR Services. Manage and develop Industrial Relations including Union Negotiations.
Responsible for manpower planning and resourcing and manage recruitment processes including employment contracts.
Develop and implement HR Policies and procedures in accordance with the company (Cargotec/Kalmar) as well as relevant legislation and requirements to ensure compliance across the units.
Responsible for the yearly salary review including local requirements and the local payroll process.
Identify training and develop needs as well as initiating and implementing required actions.
Manage employee communication, employment engagement activities and local change projects and lead the local HR team.
Support the HR Director, Kalmar Mobile Equipment, in implementing the divisional HR strategy.

Qualifications
To succeed in this position you need a University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant field of expertise. More than 5 years of relevant experience as HR Business Partner or HR Manager. Experience from leading a team, working in an international organization and experience from working with Unions is necessary for this role. You are well versed with Swedish Labour Laws and have negotiation skills. As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and a problem solver who is demonstrating both integrity and respect. You have excellent networking and communication skills. Perceiving improvement opportunities and to drive change is natural for you.

You are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
