We are now looking for a HR Manager to the office in Gothenburg who will add a new dimension to the company with her/his experience and drive. This is a great opportunity for the right person to play an important part in the journey Jeppesen has started.
Job description
The HR Manager has the overall responsibility for all HR processes and employment law matters for Jeppesen in Sweden and Denmark. You will lead and develop the HR team, with 5 dedicated HR professionals, and coordinate with the rest of the global HR organization within the Boeing group. As the HR Manager, you will play an important part in the change we have begun and you will drive HR development both on a strategic and operational level to support the business. You are a member of the local management team and report directly to the Director of HR EMEA.
Education and experience
The successful candidate has a university degree in Human Resources or a related field. You have extensive experience in the many areas of HR, with at least 5 years demonstrated successful leadership in a similar position. International business experience is required. You must be authorized to work in one of the EU Member States.

As a person you are self-confident, driven and pragmatic, with strong integrity. You build effective relationships based on mutual trust and respect, and have the ability to engage, coach and inspire people around you. You are passionate about delivering value to the business, as well as confident in decision making and conflict management. The HR Manager has the ability to understand and navigate in a complex matrix organization. Fluency in English, both written and verbal is required.
