HR Manager
As a HR Manager at BIS Isenta your main focus is to support the business to attract, recruit, develop and retain the right people. You will have a close co-operation with the Recruiting Managers within the company.
You will be responsible for the central HR function where you support and drive organizational development and change together with our managers. You will also be responsible for Compliance Issues.
You will be a member of the Management Team.
The work also includes:
Support resource planning and organizational development including subsequent follow-up
Drive and carry out manager recruitments, working closely together with the recruiting manager focusing on selection and interviews.
Supporting competence management, by analyses, planning, development and continuous follow up.
Enable succession planning and identify possible manager potentials
Support work within Compensation & Benefits and Rehabilitation
Adopt an active support in implementation of HR projects and initiatives
Responsible for the planning and execution of the administration tasks related to the areas above
The role is also responsible for supporting the mangers in the relevant unit in HR related matters, which includes contact and negotiations with unions.
Three to five years of broad HR working experience as an HR Manager, with experience within several or all competence areas above
Bachelor degree in HR or equivalent (Business Administration or Economics)
Very good knowledge of Office Applications.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You need to feel comfortable in the role as a change manager and not be afraid to question, challenge and continue finding areas of improvements.
