Metso HR Services provides harmonized non-business specific HR services to all Metso employees. We are currently looking for a HR Manager located in our office in Gothenburg. As HR Manager you will provide professional HR services in practical personnel related matters.
Your major responsibilities are:
• Appliance of country specific legislation and general agreements.
• Personnel negotiations and other labor law matters.
• Employment expertise and personnel consultation.
• Support to managers in HR matters.
To be successful in this position you should have a B.Sc. Degree in Human Resource Development and Labor Relations or equivalent education and a minimum of five years of work experience within the Human Resources area.
You have work experience in labor law, and you are customer service oriented. You have strong communication, co-operation and interpersonal skills. Furthermore you are organized and analytical, and express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and in writing.
The job requires some extent of travel, mainly within Sweden.
