HR Manager to our Stockholm Office
As a member of PA's global HR function, you will act as an excellent HR business partner and work with local HR procedures and systems in line with PA policies, best practice and local compliance. You will contribute HR knowledge, in terms of giving advice, solving problems and carrying out work in a wide range of HR areas supporting line management. You report directly to Head of HR - Europe and Middle East, who is located in UK, and indirectly to client groups, in particular the Country Head in Sweden, Practice Heads, Partners and Recruitment champions, and Global HR colleagues.

• Employment Law and HR Policy
• Training, Development & Succession Planning
• Management Information
• Retention
• Ad-hoc Project work when required
Your qualifications:
Ideally you will have a University degree in HR or a related discipline and a minimum of 5 years recruitment/HR experience, preferably within a professional services firm or large blue chip company. You are fluent both in English and in Swedish and have good project management skills that are required for larger recruitment campaigns. You are also IT literate and have excellent written and verbal communication /interpersonal skills
