Job description
We are now looking to find an ambitious and business driven HR Manager for our Depot Charging solutions unit.
If you are passionate about building exceptional teams and foster a vibrant and engaging workplace culture we are now seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Human Resources Manager to set and drive our HR Strategy and shape the future of our new organization. Your responsibilities
As our Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organisational effectiveness and driving employee engagement through strategic HR planning and execution. Your responsibilities will include:
• The development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with overall company strategies and objectives.
• Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention programs to attract top talent and ensure a positive employee experience.
• Advising management on HR-related matters, including compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Cultivating a culture that promotes teamwork, open communication, and employee well-being.
• Implementing performance management systems to support professional growth and development.
• Handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
We're looking for
• Master 's level degree in a relevant discipline
• 5+ years proven experience as an HR Manager and preferably from both larger organizations and start or scale up environment
• Leadership experience, strong integrity and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of setting HR strategies creating policies, and best practices and building an HR function.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office software particularly excel and power
