Worklocation: Sweden
1. Responsible for carrying out daily human resources administrative work, organizing recruitment, training, employee relations and other related work; set
Summarize, organize, and analyze the human resource management data of the responsible area
2. Promote the company's corporate culture and rules and regulations within the company, responsible for the preparation, improvement, and implementation of relevant human resources systems
To execute;
3. Responsible for coordinating administrative work in the area, including procurement, contracts, requests for instructions, warehouse management, dormitory management, and employee meals
Hall management, etc;
4. Familiar with the internal operation process of the company, responsible for formulating, improving, and executing salary and incentive plans;
5. According to the requirements of the group, promote the performance evaluation work within the company, improve the company's performance evaluation indicators, supervise and check the rationality of performance evaluation and collect and organize the performance evaluation results of each department
5. Complete human resource planning based on the company's strategic goals, corresponding to the completion of annual human resource budget and job staffing settings
Job description sorting and other work;
6. Develop training plans for the business unit based on the annual training plan of the headquarters and supervise their implementation
7. Utilize various tools of human resources to timely and effectively enhance the management capabilities within the company's organization
8. Effectively establish management mechanisms and supervise implementation to improve the efficiency and quality of company operations and management.
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in human resources department management
2. Having strategic human resource management thinking, proficient in enterprise human resource strategic planning, management system and institutional construction;
3. Strong communication skills, good at identifying problems and being able to communicate and solve problems with relevant personnel in a timely and effective manner
4. Strong execution ability and adaptability, able to receive relevant instructions from leaders in a timely manner and respond and implement quickly
5. Strong adaptability, able to quickly integrate into the team and carry out work;
Familiar with human resource management in diaphragm factories, proficient in using Chinese.
