The role includes the important assignment to support and drive culture in close collaboration with different managers and employees. It will be both strategic and operational work and you will guide a highly engaged team of people. Egain is proud of its core values: passion, trust, agility and impact. You will be located at Egain HQ office in Kungsbacka, Sweden and be working in a true international environment. Egain has offices in Borås, Malmö, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Berlin, Gdansk and Esbo. The role as HR Manager is a key role in the company, so you will be part of the management team and report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Manager you will have a broad range of responsibilities within the HR field. Egain aim to be a high performing company and we want you to develop a long-term people strategy. Therefore, we believe you will lead and drive the creation of a purpose driven and attractive culture. Ensure sustainability in what and how we act in the company. Your job includes to establish, scale up and operate a sustainable, best practise system for staff development & management.
You will also be responsible for providing guidance and support on employee relations issues, performance reviews and companywide goal setting. We believe you will take a lead to ensure high ethical standards and full legal compliance within your field of responsibility.
Who you are
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role. Probably you have a university degree within Human Resources Management or equal. You also have the ability to build network and are flexible as a person. You are used to communicate with various stakeholders on different levels and from different cultures with a high level of integrity. You have strong experience working with management support and development of employees. As a person you are organized, methodical and communicative. Further you have a solid experience of general HR and have experience working in an international and diverse environment.
