hela Sverige As a part of the Thomson's continued growth and development, we are looking to appoint a business orientated and operative HR Manager for Tollo Linear AB in Sweden.
You will be a part of the local management team at Tollo and you will be placed at our facility in Kristianstad. Your responsibility includes the site in Kristianstad, Sweden with approximately 90 associates divided between hourly and salaried associates.
You will report to the Site Leader and indirectly to VP HR Thomson.
Your tasks will be:
Your assignment includes handling and planning the whole spectrum of HR operational tasks such as negotiating with unions, ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws, preparation of monthly KPI's and lead Associate Survey processes. You will also handle administration around benefits/merit, health care and safety, company fleet, internal communication etc.
You will have responsibility and leadership for HR services and activities including recruitment, training programs, performance appraisal system and provide guidance to the organization's leader regarding the development of their associates. There will also be other tasks with the intention to attract, develop and sustain valuable employees.
What are we looking for?
You have a Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business. A minimum of 5 years of broad HR experience working both operationally and strategically within a larger production industry. You are used to and like working with a hands-on mentality. You are very skilled in Swedish employment law and you have documented experience in cooperating and negotiate with Swedish unions. You have effective oral, written and presentation skills in both Swedish and English.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong personal drive. Your approach is strategic and proactive and you have the ability to connect HR processes to the business. It is also important to be able to gain and keep the interest of the management team in regards to HR topics.
