We're looking for a HR Manager for the HR Department at Customer Success. A person who likes to work operationally, but above all strategically with various HR issues. Someone who'll maintain our department as well as continue to take it to the next level. We have clear goals and strategies going forward with high focus on retaining and developing our employees.
This is a temporary position for one year.

WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
• Be the head of HR at Customer Success. You'll have a small - but awesome - HR team that will report to you.
• Have overall responsibility for all personnel matters such as rehabilitation, systematic environment work and other HR-related matters.
• Psst... The above also includes working with labor law, recruitment and salary for the department.
• You'll also drive the agenda for competence development and training towards our support function and team managers.
WHO YOU ARE
• Flexible - It's not a biggie for you to handle stressful situations in a fast paced environment.
• Responsible - You can take ownership and responsibility over your own tasks without anyone asking you to do so.
• Structured - Does it come easy for you to create structure even in challenging and demanding situations?
• Fearless - If you're not afraid of throwing yourself into new situations, we're more than ready for your application!
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree within HR or similar.
• 4-5 years experience from recruitment or HR roles.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English verbally and in written text.
• It will be considered a plus if you have experience from a start-up/scale-up.
Start date: As soon as possible
