As the HR Intern you'll have the opportunity to learn a lot about HR from the small HR team here at Toca Boca as well as the Global HR Team at Spinmaster, our owners. During your internship you'll have the opportunity to learn more about all varieties of HR tasks and processes.
What you'll be doing
You'll be part of the amazing People and Operations Team and support employees and managers with all their questions regarding HR.
You'll be working closely with Hanna, our HR Administrator, and will learn everything about our HR processes and systems. You'll make sure our systems and Toca Portal are updated with the correct information.
This is an opportunity for you to kickstart your career in HR and get practical experience. You'll learn all about our processes and how to support managers and employees in the best way.
Is this you?
You've just graduated or are finishing your education within the Human Resources area. You've got previous experience in an administrative job, but not necessarily within HR.
You have a basic knowledge of Swedish employment law and are fluent in Swedish and have professional knowledge in English.
