Your mission
In this position, you work together with your team as you maintain, analyze, and improve the quality of HR information for our Business Area and Group Functions in our HCM System Workday. You collaborate with stakeholders across the business, define requirements, translate demands, and execute them together with your team. With a specific focus on our existing business process and technology landscape, you drive and influence the delivery of solutions across our Workday environment and provide technical guidance to team members where the ability to solve technical issues and be called upon to consult on Workday projects are critical missions. You work with operations teams to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to design, develop, test and release solutions.
You engage with key stakeholders across the business to understand required capabilities and integrate business knowledge with technical solutions. In addition, you play an important role in understanding how the attributes of the HCMS (Human Capital Management System) are interconnected throughout the broader organization - continuously improving structures and processes to improve reporting and information quality. You're involved in taking customer orders, servicing, configuring, and making changes for end users, as well as updated documentation. Even though you work in the HR area, the main focus is on IT and technology issues that may arise - understanding the entire process and seeing what's happening in the system in all its contexts.
We offer you a flexible working location, preferably within Europe and a time zone close to Sweden.

Your character
We're looking for someone with a strong technical interest and a few years of experience working within HR at a global company. You have experience of HCMS and process configuration in Workday. You're used to analyzing information and determining needed actions related to information quality, as well as reporting and conducting error checking. Your experience is most likely backed by a relevant degree in Computer Engineering or HR Administration. It's advantageous if you have experience and/or certification in the areas of advanced Compensation and/or recruitment. Acting in a global environment calls for excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.

Finally, with your clear and communicative way of working, you explain complex information in a way that makes sense and you set the foundation for good collaborations, both with co-workers and customers.
