Do you have previous working experience within HR and strong passion for excellent administration? Are you a vision- and value driven team player? We are looking for a HR Administrator to our head office located in central Gothenburg.

Job Description

You will be a part of our HR team at the Head Office, working locally in Gothenburg. In the team there will be three persons with the common goal to strengthen our business culture and empower all employees to aim for our vision. We do that through guiding, supporting and challenging our leaders and employees. As a HR Administrator your main responsibility is to secure an efficient personnel and benefits administration that contributes to a great employee experience.

Example of work tasks: administration of all personnel and HR systems, contact with external payroll, observance and interpretation of collective agreements. You are also working with personnel statistics, salary review and mapping and you handle Lindex benefits including pension solutions, insurances and health care.

Are you the one we are looking for?

University degree or equivalent within HR or similar working experience
Working experience within HR, mainly from personnel/payroll administration
Documented knowledge in pension, insurances and other benefits
Experience from labor law and understanding of collective agreements
Fluent in Swedish in both speaking and writing
Good knowledge in English in both speaking and writing
Meritorious: experience from being a HR Information system owner
To succeed in this role you have a strong passion for administration and you are driven by organizing and creating structure. You have the ability to see your contribution within the business and how efficient processes and flawless administration add value for the employees. You are motivated by giving excellent service and at the same time comfortable in prioritizing and keeping deadlines. As a team player you inspire to a good work environment for the team and all the colleagues within the company.
