Yara Marine Technologies has had a substantial expansion and as a result, we are expanding our HR Team with an HR Generalist.
Responsibilities
As our HR Generalist you will be one of the important players in building up the newly established HR department. You will work close to the organisation in a business-oriented manner to ensure that the HR processes meet the business needs. You will be part of the team consisting of HR colleagues in Gothenburg, Oslo and Shanghai and you report to the HR-Manager located in Gothenburg. You will create, implement and communicate HR policies, procedures and processes in the organisation and you will work with various projects within the HR field.The role also includes:
• Update of Employee Manual
• Pay mapping/survey
• Systematic Work Environment; processes, policies and routines
• Performance Management & Training
• Control of Payroll (external salary administrator is used)
Background and skills
To be successful in this role you have 1-2 successful years of experience within a staffing and recruitment agency, plus 2-3 years of professional experience from an HR department, where you have worked broad within the HR field in an international company.Furthermore:
• University degree in Human Resources
• Fluent in English both verbal and written (our corporate language is English)
• Very good knowledge in Swedish
• Experience from Swedish labour law
• Very good skills in Excel
• Meritorious if you have worked towards Norway

As a person, you have the ability to handle many tasks in parallel with high quality. You can plan and prioritise with a flexible mind-set. You work independently and in a structured and accurate way. Furthermore, you are driven, change willing and have good analytical and communication skills. We think that you are service minded, prestigeless and enjoy working hands-on in a context where not everything is in place. You also appreciate working in an international environment where you meet and work with people from different cultures.
