We are now searching for our next HR Generalist; can that be you?
Job Description
With the HR team of the KIDS Business Unit, you will be right at the centre of this shift towards a truly customer-centric organization.
Our HR team consists of one HR Manager, two HR Business Partners, one HR Generalist, and two administrates. We all collaborate closely with our leaders and employees in KIDS. Together we are a team who seeks opportunities, takes the initiative, and dares to try new things with the ambition of always adding value to our business by being a leading, innovative, and agile HR organization. Of course, we have a clear people strategy that is fully aligned with our overall business goals.
Main responsibilities:
Works cross KIDS functions in providing daily operational HR support to managers and employees.
Support managers and employees in HR tools and systems.
Responsible for the internships and student placements.
Responsible for driving/coordinating, and implementing cross-HR activities and projects within the function.
Networking with other HR Generalists from the functions outside KIDS to secure an effective way of working Cross H&M brand, eg Onboarding, Mentor initiatives etc.

Qualifications:
We believe you are an ambitious, sociable and prestige less team player, full of drive and optimism. We also believe you have a strong drive for constant improvement, see possibilities and a better way forward, yet are open-minded and humble.
In order to be a successful People Partner, we think that you have:
Degree within Human Resources or similar.
Previous experience from generalist and /or specialist HR ( eg. HR Generalist, Recruitment Partner, HR Specialist or HR Project Lead).
Experience from planning and executing on people related projects and initiatives involving many stakeholders.
Experience connected to prepare, support, and help individuals, teams, and the organization in different kinds of people development activities.
Drive, a service mindset and an excellent problem-solving ability.
Skills in communicating plans and articulate your ideas with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

This is a full-time temporary contract of one year based in Stockholm.
