As the HR Generalist you will provide world class Human Resource services to a FieldCore business unit by assisting with employee relations, training, compliance, and HR programs. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive FieldCores vision and align with the organization 's core values.
In your role as HR Generalist your main tasks will be to assist the HR Manager with analysis and maintenance and resolving performance evaluation forms. You will also provide tactical HR support to line managers to ensure alignment with business needs. You will assist with the implementation of HR programs and projects to ensure an efficient and effective organization, including onboarding and off boarding, change agility, and compliance, implement new processes and procedures in order to improve efficiency and productivity. You will also collect, analyze, and report HR statistics to capture metrics, demonstrate progression, and make recommendations for improvement. You will collaborate with the recruitment team in order to hire the best personnel for each position, deal with employee queries relating to pay disputes, benefits, work related issues, employee relations, training, and compliance etc. Travel may be required.
About you
We are looking for a candidate with six years of experience in an HR role demonstrating experience in named areas, specifically- Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management and Recruiting/Staffing for multiple countries.
• PHR certification strongly preferred
• HR experience in construction/maintenance variable manpower preferred
• Bachelor 's Degree in HR or related field is preferred
• English proficiency required

also have solid project and time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and adapt and implement change agility programs. Demonstrated global business acumen.

About the employment
For this assignment, you will be employed as a consultant by Adecco. The assignment will start immediately and initially run for 9 months.
