Your impact will be seen in these and other ways:
Compiling and analyzing HR process metrics, analyzing results and recommending improvements
Assisting in resolution of conflicts and providing coaching and counselling on employment matters
Participation in performance management activities including employee development planning
Providing staffing and recruitment support
Facilitation of compensation processes and benefits administration
Assisting in managing administration of and adherence to human resources policies and procedures
Advising on compliance with key legislative requirements
Coordinating training needs assessments and participation in training activities and special projects
Creation of employment contracts by local law and practice and ensuring of accuracy and completeness of workforce information in HR information system
Qualifications
Skills and Experience Required
Generalist HR expertise gained in an international environment
Fluency in English and Swedish
Good communication and organization skills
Required Education, Licenses or Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required.
