hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Sturup Flygplats i Svedala Amapola Flyg AB recruits for a new function within HR based at our Headquarters at Sturup Airport ? Malmö. As we are a smaller, but focused Cargo Airline the role should expect to work both high and low and with a broad scope of tasks. The role requires minimum 3 years of experience of HR within the Aviation industry on top of additional years of experience within the HR field.
Duties includes:
• Plan and perform negotiations with Unions and other stakeholders
• Manage recruitment process of new staff and termination of staff
• Make sure HR handbook is accurate, adequate and implemented
• Monitor applicable laws, regulations and their fulfillment
• Advise and support managers and staff on HR related matters
• Responsible for recordkeeping of staff records
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
• Provide HR related legal advice to managers, staff and colleagues
• Co-ordination within the area of work environment
• Contribute to an optimized organization which supports the company?s overall goals.
• Contribute to making roles and responsibilities clear within the organization.
• Responsible for Pay roll administration, reporting and recordkeeping
Qualifications
Previous experience within the HR field that is applicable based on the above described duties. Preferably we require experience from the Aviation industry and European/Swedish regulations applicable to this industry. Other experience within other functional fields and industries is seen as a plus.
• Good writing and speaking-skills in both English and Swedish,
• Excellent co-operation skills,
• Good leadership capabilities
• Good knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Working knowledge of payroll system and administration
