We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our customer's office in Stockholm. You will be working in an international HR team where the goal is to further develop and strengthen the HR department and support the organization. In this role your main focus will be recruitment, labor law as well as general HR work.
This is a 3 month consultancy assignment with good opportunities to extended employment.
Publiceringsdatum2015-02-23Dina arbetsuppgifterIn the roll of HR Generalist you will work mainly with recruitments, both international as well as national. We are also looking for a person with knowledge within labor law, and a keen interest in international labor law. Since the HR office is quite small, general HR responsibilities will be a day to day occurrence, working closely with the other members of the team. You will report to and work with the Head of HR in Sweden and cooperate with her in different aspects of HR.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
This roll requires flexibility in a fast-moving environment where decisions must be made quickly. You must be able to adapt in an unrestricted surrounding where key abilities involve multi-tasking, goal orientation in addition to being responsible for delivery.
Requirements of educational background and experiences involves an university degree, within human resources or similar .We believe that you have ca 5 year experience within HR, preferably from a fast-moving international industry with a proven record. We require fluency in both English and Swedish.
