About the position
We are currently looking for an HR Generalist to work with our Consultant Management in our HR department at our Kista office, take on the challenge to manage our cooperation with a wide range of Key account managers and consultants both locally and internationally.
This person will be responsible for the whole business process and the follow up. The work will be done in very close cooperation with Consultants suppliers, managers and the consultants.
We are a multicultural company since our HQ is in China and our staff is a mix of locals and Europeans as well as our Chinese expatriates.
Qualifications and experience
To be successful in this role the candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience preferable more, in this kind a position with similarly experience.
A Bachelor Degree or other equivalent background is desirable.
Task description and Skill requirements
• Negotiation experience
• Administrative responsibilities, making agreements and writing contracts with suppliers, consultants, follow up on tasks and keeping everything up to date
• Legal compliance is essential, some knowledge within the area is an advantage
• Enjoying collaboration and giving service to others
• Analysis and control of costs and performance data, acting on output
• Procurement, invoice and payment management
• Improve and implement processes
• Fluent orally and in writing both in Swedish and English
Location
This is a fulltime position with a 6 months probation period at our R&D office in Kista, Stockholm
