We are looking for a HR Generalist to implement HR processes, tools and solutions and deliver HR programs and practices within an organizational unit or site, based on local business needs, in close cooperation with line management, HR Business Partner and in partnership with the HR Shared Service Center and/or HR Subject Matter Expert.

RECA's HR generalists are pooled in three teams: Scandinavia; Finland & Baltics; and Russia, Ukraine & CIS. This role belongs to the Scandinavia team, and reports to the Head of HR, Scandinavia.

RECA Sweden currently employs around 900 employees (internal and external), including our field services operations Ericsson Local Services. While this role will support on a general basis across RECA Sweden, it will focus mainly on supporting CSI and NRO within Operations - these units consist of c. 400 employees today.

The role is based in Stockholm.
Responsibilities & Tasks:

In this role you will:
• Provide direction and guidance to managers and employees regarding all HR-related areas such as performance management, competence development, employee relations, compensatoin and organizational efficiencies.
• Handle union relations in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Advice and coach managers on people and organizational issues.
• Directly support the strategic and organizational needs of CSI and NRO by aligning HR strategy, policies and programs with business strategy.
• Be responsible for the overall OHS work for RECA Sweden.
• Actively provide HR support in the engagement phase on managed service deals.
• Work closely with HR representatives at RECA, HR Global Operations and line managers in RECA Sweden to ensure implementation of overall Global HR initiatives.

Position Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the HR functional areas, in combination with an HR role.
• Knowledge and understanding of fundamental HR processes.
• Demonstrated excellent experience in change and project management.
• Professional and effective interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills - also demonstrating impact and influencing skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Business understanding and relationship builder.
• Personal stability, flexible with a good perspective and a sense of focus.
• Ability to mitigate issues, sort out priorities and ambiguities.
• Experience in working with unions is a strong merit.
• Ability to travel, mainly within Sweden.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• A Bachelor degree in a Human Resources or related fields is required.
• Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns.
• Analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
