About the Role
As our HR Generalist you will manage country and company-specific HR topics. You will handle these topics simultaneously and have a proactive approach to improvements going forward.
You will be part of a dynamic HR team, based in our headquarters in Gothenburg. This role will suit you who is proactive and self-driven wanting to work in an international environment.

Main Activities and Responsibilities
Among other tasks, you will mainly be responsible for the Employment Lifecycle Management for our employees based in Sweden in our HQ, including tasks such as:
Recruitment
Onboarding & Offboarding
Training & Development
Rehabilitation

You will also implement and maintain Coesia and FlexLink policies and guidelines, both locally and globally.

What You Need to Be Successful
You need to be business-orientated with an understanding of various concepts and processes. With great organisational skills, you will drive HR topics for FlexLink Sweden. You will be self-driven with a proactive approach to be able to handle several topics in parallel.

Working in HR you need to have strong interpersonal skills and understanding the importance of confidentiality will be second nature to you.

You will also have
Recruitment experience
Communication and presentation skills
Knowledge in Swedish employment law
Fluent in Swedish & English, both written and spoken

It's considered advantageous if you also have experience with any of the following:
Working in an international environment
Knowledge in training and development
Experience in labour relations with unions
