Normative is now looking for an HR Generalist

Normative is accelerating the transition to a net zero world. We provide science-based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net zero experts, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprints.

But the tools needed to reduce human impact on the climate won't build themselves - or support themselves, or communicate themselves, or sell themselves. The role:

Our HR Generalist will ensure that our HR operations run smoothly. You will make sure we build scalable processes, policies and solutions that work for a global company (right now consisting of Denmark, Sweden and the UK). You will work closely with the full People team, but of course also close to managers and employees within Normative.

What you will do at Normative to aid the transition towards net zero emissions:

• Support our employees in Sweden, UK, Denmark and Remote in Europe

• Work as first point of contact through our HR-support desk on employee related questions such as vacation, benefits, and policies

• Onboard the employees to our systems and handle the incoming employee contracts

• Work with ad hoc labor-law topics and stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

• Work with payroll-cordination to support our external payroll partners

• Be updated and create reports on employment related changes with our HR-system.

• Administer our global pensions and insurances with global partners

• Support Talent Acquisition in hiring-related questions

Experience we're seeking:

• 2 years+ work experience in an HR function, either within general HR questions, payroll or recruitment

• BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field

• Good knowledge of Swedish, and highly meriting with other countries, labor law - a great plus if you have previously been part of union negotiations

• Experience from working in an HR system, where you understand the workflows and working with it with high integrity

• Good understanding and curiosity to find information on labor legislation and implementing both local and global standards

• Strong communication skills in English and preferably Swedish, both verbal and written

• If you have worked with HR towards UK, Denmark or other countries within Europe it's considered a great advantage

Location

For this role we look for someone living in Stockholm or remote in Sweden to be able to participate in team workshops or similar. We operate with a flexible remote approach so you can work from home/our Stockholm office or combine those.
