one.com is a Danish-founded company with Nordic ties in Norway, Finland, and Sweden. You will act as the sole country representative in the Swedish office and report directly to the Group HR Director seated in Copenhagen. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing company with great trust in the work of HR.
What you will be doing
Administrative HR-related tasks and support for all employees in Sweden
Onboarding of new employees in Sweden and conduct HR introduction meetings
Assist and manage payroll
Manage all queries on holidays and absence
Revision of employee handbook
Plan events; generate ideas for events, find and book venues, handle logistics and manage budgets
Ordering phones and subscription management
Coordinate and purchase flight tickets + hotel for employees, if needed
Assistance with terminations and contract questions
You will also be responsible for facility and office management in an office of 50+ employees
Need to have
You have a relevant degree in organisation and management, HR, corporate law or similar
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Good understanding and knowledge of personnel and employment law in Sweden
Fluent in English and Swedish
Nice to have
Experience as Office Manager or a similar position
A helpful mindset
Analytical thinking paired with the ability to identify and meet strategic objectives for HR and the organisation
Display excellent collaboration and communication skills
